EXHIBITION + DEMI-MESURE BOOK LAUNCH + ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 2025 PLEIN SUD GRANT RECIPIENT
After being presented at Plein sud, centre d’exposition en art actuel à Longueuil, from May 17 to June 28, the demi-mesure exhibition continues in Montréal with a special satellite edition at Espace Transmission, from July 3 to 6, at 5435 des Érables Avenue, Montréal.
Free admission. Everyone is welcome!
This return to Montréal brings the artist duo back to the very place where they first met in 2020, during a creative residency that marked the beginning of their collaboration. Since then, the building that houses Espace Transmission has been revitalized—just like the duo’s practice, which now embraces new material explorations. This re-presentation becomes an opportunity to bring together the works, the artists, and their place of origin in a renewed temporality, where space and matter are transformed.
The demi-mesure artist book will be available for purchase at a cost of 50$ on-site throughout the event.
Plein sud warmly invites the public to the closing event on July 3 at Espace Transmission where the recipient of the 2025 Plein sud Grant we also be announced.

- 6 PM – Announcement of the 2025 Plein sud Grant recipient
July 4 to 6, 2025, from 12 PM to 7 PM – Free admission
